We present one of the most valued gardens in the whole of Europe due to its vast collection of plants, which are mainly cactus plants. We start the journey with the Jardines Mossèn Costa i Llobera.
There’s nothing better than enjoying a morning’s walk through the Sants-Montjuïc district, with more than six hectares and Barcelona’s most exotic vegetation .

· “Anima Libertas”
Did you know that there’s a little bit of New York in Barcelona? In the central Biblioteca Pública Arús library, you can find none other than a to scale replica of the Statue of Liberty, which proclaims “Freedom of the Soul”.
This library dates to 1895. It’s worth pointing out that its content is based on themes from the labour and masonry movements. Highly recommended.

· A garden in which you can literally lose yourself
We’re not exaggerating, Barcelona has its very own real-life labyrinth! We’re talking about the historical Parque del Laberinto de Horta, one of the oldest parks in the city.

Do you want to test your bargaining skills? If you do, then Els Encants is the best place to be. This is one of the jewels of the Poblenou neighbourhood, which is becoming more and more popular all the time.
This market, in which you can find both new and second-hand products, is found in the shadow of a building with a truly characteristic identity.

· A Roman cemetery in Barcelona
What surprises us about this place is that it is located in the middle of the Gothic neighbourhood, just inside the Ciutat Vella district. There you can find some archaeological Roman ruins.
Along the sides of the Vía Sepulcral Romana (The Roman Funeral Way) several tombs dating back to between the first and third centuries AD. This is another example of Barcelona’s historical importance.
